Profyle offers an at-home immune health test kit and accompanying digital report. Profyle is currently offered on an early-access, pre-order basis. Kits are expected to ship starting September 2026; shipping timelines are estimates and may change.

Profyle is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.

Access to checkout during the pre-order period requires a valid early-access code. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) at checkout and may vary depending on the access code used. All prices are subject to change without notice for future orders.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Profyle does not store your full payment card details.

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. Shipping addresses and phone numbers are collected at checkout to facilitate delivery. You will receive an email notification once your kit has shipped.

Because Profyle is currently sold on a pre-order basis, you may request a full refund of your pre-order at any time before your kit ships by contacting z.aber@profyle.life. Once a kit has shipped, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, consistent with applicable Quebec consumer protection law. Used test kits are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Profyle and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, products, or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Quebec or Canadian law.

All content on the Profyle website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Profyle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
