We collect the following categories of personal information when you interact with our website:

• Contact information: first name, last name, email address, and, if provided, your location and phone number.

• Communication preference: your preferred language (English or French) for future correspondence.

• Order and payment information: shipping address and payment details processed on our behalf by Stripe. Profyle does not itself store your full card number.

• Technical and analytics information: only if you accept non-essential cookies through our cookie banner, we collect usage data via Google Analytics (e.g., pages visited, approximate location, device type).

We use your personal information to: process and fulfill orders placed through Stripe Checkout; ship your test kit to the address you provide; respond to waitlist sign-ups and send confirmation emails; communicate with you about your order or account in your preferred language; and, only if you opt in, send you marketing communications about immune health insights and Profyle news.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

As a Quebec resident (or resident of a jurisdiction with similar protections), you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; withdraw your consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions; and request that we cease using or disclosing your information for the purpose of making a decision about you, and that it be deleted, subject to applicable retention obligations.

To exercise any of these rights, contact our designated Privacy Officer at privacy@profyle.life. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If you believe your privacy rights have not been respected, you may also file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.

We share personal information with the following service providers, solely to the extent necessary to provide our services: Stripe, Inc. (payment processing and checkout); Resend (transactional email delivery); and, only with your consent, Google Analytics (website analytics).

These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed to them.

Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to function, which do not require consent. Non-essential cookies, such as those used for Google Analytics, are only activated after you provide explicit consent through our cookie banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site or by adjusting your browser settings.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and reliance on PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
